There could be a

adhesive misinformation devices to things found in
public, but there isn't. Really, we just want to
be jerks.

There's probably more
legitimacy in claiming a political or ideological
motivation behind intentionally distributing fallacious
and often patently rude material, loosely disguised as
an informative pamphlet. But really, there's no
motive here either, other than sheer mean-spiritedness. |
